Organizational Change

We take a constructionist and structural approach to organizational change, that when combined with our understanding of individual change management, provides a framework for managing the people side of change.

 

Our organizational change management processes include techniques for creating a change management strategy (readiness assessments), engaging senior managers as change leaders (sponsorship), building awareness of the need for change (communications), developing skills and knowledge to support the change (education and training), and helping employees move through the transition (coaching of and through managers and supervisors), and methods to sustain the change (measurement systems, rewards and reinforcement).

Focus Group Research

This method of research is an important tool for acquiring feedback regarding new products or services, as well as various topics. In particular, focus groups allow organizations wishing to develop, package, name, or test market a new product or service - to discuss, view, and/or test the new product or service before it is made available to the public. This can provide invaluable information about the potential market acceptance of the product or service.

Leadership Assessment & Coaching

When performing leadership assessments we utilize 360-degree feedback methods. These are methods of assessment that systematically collect opinions about a leader’s, executive’s, or manager's performance from a representative sample of coworkers and consumers or customers. By collecting data in this way, the individual being assessed gets a report of collective perceptions pertaining to his or her effectiveness and abilities as a leader.

 

Our leadership coaching services enable leaders to develop and put into practice new attitudes, approaches, and  behaviors in the workplace and in their personal life. We incorporate the assessment process as a way of identifying current strengths and potential growth edges.

 

In addition, we offer character strength and virtue based training & development workshops for groups of leaders within your organization. These workshops can be delivered on-site or at company retreats.
